Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products All products sold by Frankie & Co. are custom made-to-order and are therefore exempt from the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).

As each item is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at frankieandco3@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations As production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at frankieandco3@gmail.com  if you need to cancel.

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
